Would you ever give a referral for a job that maybe did not go quite right initially?  American Blinds and Shutter Connection of Myrtle Beach would - because we want you to see the integrity of our company.  We will go to extremes to make you happy.  And at the end of it all, you will want to brag about us to everyone you know.  We do not often have  issues arise, but we stay on top of the ones that do.  It is easy to list referrals from customers whose jobs went smoothly, which are numerous.  We prefer to give names of people for whom we had to work just a a little harder, for whatever reason; at the end of the day they are our biggest supporters, and refer us more than anyone.

A referral is, quite simply, when a satisfied customer tells you about another potential customer. You are Referred to someone else – someone who is likely to be interested.

In our experience, satisfied customers positively enjoy being asked to give referrals and they often offer before being asked.

We have also found that satisfied customers are happy to offer a referral from them three or four times a year.  However if  do not wish to be on our referral list, we promise not to give your name out.  We will not compromise your privacy for any reason.
